The "Pyrus" emblem and name are protected trademarks. Upon full payment for specific project deliverables, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use such deliverables according to individual Service Agreements.
Pyrus Innovations and its clients agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged during the engagement. This includes technical specifications, business strategies, and non-public data assets.
All services are subject to billing terms defined in project-specific contracts. Unless otherwise stated:
Consistent with the Information Technology Act, 2000, Pyrus Innovations shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use, third-party service failures, or data breaches beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service under dispute.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform and services for violations of these Terms, involvement in illegal activities, or non-payment. Users may terminate their engagement by providing written notice as defined in the Cancellation Protocol.
Neither party shall be liable for failures or delays in performance resulting from causes beyond their reasonable control, including acts of God, war, pandemic-related shutdowns, or widespread internet infrastructure failure.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Your continued use of the platform after updates constitute acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform or registered email.
