Fees for project discovery and technical consulting are non-refundable once the sessions have concluded and documentation has been delivered.
Projects are billed on a milestone basis. A milestone is non-refundable once it has been delivered and accepted by the client according to the agreed-upon technical specifications.
To cancel an ongoing engineering contract, a 15-day written notice is required via email at business@pyrusinnovations.com. Upon cancellation, any intellectual property generated during the current milestone will be transferred to the client only after full settlement of invested hours and a 15% administrative decoupling fee.
If you have not received an approved refund within 10 business days, we recommend checking your original bank account and then contacting your financial institution. If the issue persists, please contact our billing desk at billing@pyrusinnovations.com.
We strive for objective excellence in service delivery. In the event of a quality dispute, we offer a technical review session to assess deliverables against the initial Project Specification (PS). If the deliverables are found to be inconsistent with the PS, we will rectify the code or documentation at no additional cost.
